BOSTON, Mass. - Paul Pierce scored 26 points, including a jumper with 57 seconds left in overtime, to lead the Boston Celtics to a 126-115 victory over the Indiana Pacers in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference semifinals.

The Celtics, who rallied from a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter and an eight-point deficit in overtime, advanced to the Eastern Conference finals against the Miami Heat.

Pierce's jumper gave the Celtics a 122-115 lead and they held on for the victory. Rajon Rondo added 24 points, 10 rebounds and 11 assists for the Celtics, while Kevin Garnett had 20 points and 10 rebounds.

Danny Granger scored 26 points to lead the Pacers, who were eliminated in the second round of the playoffs for the fifth consecutive season.

The Celtics, who won the last two games of the series, will open the Eastern Conference finals at home on Sunday.
